Nenuzo is a mobile app that helps you track buses in real time. By using Nenuzo, you agree to these terms.
Nenuzo is developed and operated by Scott Pritchard, an individual based in the United Kingdom.
Nenuzo is currently available within the United Kingdom only. The app will not function outside the UK.
The app is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed uptime or service level. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or disruptions to third-party data sources (see section 5). We will try to keep disruptions to a minimum, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability.
Live bus positions are sourced from the Bus Open Data Service (BODS) and other operators' real-time feeds. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A bus may not appear on the map even if it is running. Do not rely solely on Nenuzo to determine whether a bus is running or on time.
Journey planning and departure information is based on General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) data published by operators. Timetable data is updated periodically and may not reflect last-minute changes, diversions, or cancellations.
Walking routes and time estimates shown in Nenuzo are for general guidance only and must not be solely relied upon for navigation. Nenuzo is not a navigation service. Routes may be incorrect, inaccessible, or unsafe — always use your own judgement, particularly when crossing roads or in unfamiliar areas.
You may use Nenuzo for lawful personal purposes only. You must not:
Nenuzo relies on third-party services and data sources, including:
We do not control the availability, accuracy, or continuity of these services. Disruptions to any of them may affect app functionality.
Nenuzo Pro is an optional paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple. To manage your subscription or request a refund, visit your device's subscription settings or contact Apple Support.

Transit data used within the app is sourced from publicly available datasets licensed under the Open Government Licence — v3.0 for BODS, NaPTAN and TfGM (nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3); v2.0 for TfWM (nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/2).
Nenuzo is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Pritchard is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on Nenuzo — including missed journeys, travel delays, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nenuzo is not directed at children under the age of 18.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms or from your use of Nenuzo are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Nenuzo after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
